Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced senior therapist to provide in-depth support to patients across various settings.

This role involves collaborating with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver therapeutic interventions and activities that promote patient engagement and motivation.

About the Role
  • Lead a therapy team and manage service provision across different areas.
  • Supervise junior staff members and contribute to department meetings.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality, individualised care to patients with mental health conditions or challenging behaviours.
  2. Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in supervision activities.
  3. Contribute to the development and delivery of therapeutic programs and services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy, with current registration with the HCPC.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a healthcare setting, particularly with patients with mental health conditions or challenging behaviours.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.
