Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Manager to join our Human Resources department. This role will be responsible for assisting in the definition and maintenance of project management standards within HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously across various teams and departments.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and lead resolution projects.
  • Support strategic lead projects such as M&A activities.
  • Deliver projects by coordinating key stakeholders, workstreams, and contributors.
Requirements
  • Proven PMO/Project Analyst experience with knowledge of project management principles.
  • Experience in HR is desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of process mapping or business analysis principles is beneficial.
  • Detailed experience of Microsoft Project applications is required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
