We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing strategies for three sub-brands. As part of a wider marketing team, you will work closely with social media and other marketing specialists to ensure campaigns are relevant and aligned with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive business growth
* Plan and execute A/B email testing to optimize campaign performance
* Collaborate with the CRM executive to support campaign rollouts
* Present new ideas to board members to drive the business's email marketing proposition forward

**Requirements**

* Strong experience in email marketing focused roles
* Ability to plan and execute email marketing strategies
* Experience with Google Analytics and other data studios
* Ability to commute to South Leeds, 5 days a week
