Email Marketing Executive Role

Civica UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Campaigns team. This exciting opportunity will involve spearheading and owning email marketing campaigns aimed at driving new business and MQL generation.

The ideal candidate will have proven campaign marketing expertise with a collaborative working style, working knowledge of email best practice, and experience of email marketing platforms and CRM systems. They will also possess formidable project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver to timelines and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop and execute engaging email marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the marketing operations team to define copy and design needs
  • Conduct A/B testing and evaluate most effective strategies
  • Identify and maintain target segmentation lists
  • Chart customer journeys and embed automation flows

Requirements:

  • Proven campaign marketing expertise with a collaborative working style
  • Working knowledge of email best practice and experience of email marketing platforms and CRM systems
  • Formidable project management and problem-solving skills
  • Highly analytical and data driven decision making
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders
