We are seeking a skilled Planner to join our team at London Gatwick Airport. As a Planner, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our sustainability goals and deliver critical infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate work sequences and identify critical path activities.
- Analyze contractor schedules and provide recommendations for acceptance or rejection.
- Manage contract programme assessment and acceptance/rejection, assessing compensation events and performing delay analysis.
- Review and analyze quantity logs to ensure accurate representation of total quantities.
- Educated to Degree/Post-Grad level or equivalent in construction or business-related field.
- Experience as a planner on projects with a value over £10m highly desirable.
- Significant experience with Primavera software (P6) and MS Excel.
- Understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
