About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Manager to join our team at Tillo Inc. as a Creative Director - Marketing. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for guiding the creative direction and production of all marketing collateral, including web, print, and digital materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with colleagues within the Marketing team and other internal departments.
  • Establish effective processes that ensure team standards of production, productivity, quality, and creative services are met.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives.
  • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges and meet Tillo brand guidelines across all designs.
  • Generate clear ideas and concepts that are fresh, innovative, and communicate complex ideas effectively to Tillo target audiences.
  • Spearhead and manage creative strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital, and brand design, compelling content, and technology.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities.
  • Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
  • Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape to keep the Tillo brand and creative ideas fresh and innovative.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and how they can elevate the Tillo brand.
  • Creative thinker not afraid to challenge the 'norm' with innovative ideas.
  • Excellent communicator and project manager to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of creative, design production, or agency experience.
  • BA or BS in creative, design, advertising, or related field or equivalent working experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to consult effectively with non-designers on projects.
