Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Management Specialist to join our team at White Stuff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example and coaching the team to ensure excellent customer service in line with our high standards. This includes promoting and compiling customer information, supporting floor moves, mannequin and window displays, and replenishment.

You will also be responsible for making commercial decisions and being proactive with stock, promotions, and opportunities to drive sales. This includes coordinating promotions, incentives and key trading weeks, as well as holding a good understanding of and ability to communicate to the team the shop's Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers and colleagues alike, using company resources such as the White Stuff website, Looking White Stuff, the Tea Room, email communications, window guidelines and brand posts to ensure compliance with daily/weekly actions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
