About the Role: As a Paralegal Level Legal Assistant, you will work closely with our team of experts to provide support in all areas of Chambers work, including corporate and wealth structuring, tax, trust, partnerships, employment, and contract law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of complex high-value cases, including corporate and tax disputes.
  • Provide support in the analysis and preparation of legal documents, including contracts and trust deeds.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support the team's work.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of key legal concepts, including trust and contract law.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of key legal concepts, including trust and contract law.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £33,000 - £42,000 (depending on performance).
