As a Senior Contract Negotiator, you will train and advise commercial teams on agreement structure, templates, risks, and alternatives. Additionally, you will ensure compliance to the contracts approval policy and other company policies.

You will work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. We are looking for an experienced professional with 2+ years of experience in commercial contract review, redlining, and drafting, including local, regional, and global agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree and have 2+ years of experience in contract negotiations and external client engagement. You will also have demonstrable experience using sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative contract solutions.

A strong attention to detail, advanced writing and communication skills, and English language fluency are essential for this role. Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and/or life sciences industry is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for a remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from home.
