I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking a Professional Indemnity Claims Handler to join their team.

My client is looking for someone with 2+ years experience handling PI Claims within the London Market. Their portfolio consists of Construction, Solicitors, Architects, Engineers & more and the book is predominately UK business with exposure to the US and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle PI related claims for the Syndicate from FNOL to settlement.
  • Ensure delivery of top-notch claims service with constant communication with claims managers and underwriters.
  • Attend events, meetings, and internal discussions to represent Professional Lines/Cyber claims department.
  • Supervise service providers involved in claims operations every day.
  • Help manage third-party administrators, including annual audits.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
