About the Role

The finishing department is a critical component of our production facility, ensuring that our customers' campaigns and event products are finished, trimmed, and ready for installation or use. As a Large Format Finisher, you'll be responsible for finishing and collating printed or supplied products according to job specifications, working closely with account and production teams to meet and exceed client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work to set tasks on a daily basis, following instructions on campaign and event finishing requirements.
  • Report to production managers throughout the day, ensuring daily objectives are met to a high standard.
  • Work as a team to achieve daily objectives, following an online work schedule and adhering to health and safety rules and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with the team and departments, working overtime shifts as required.

Requirements

  • You'll be an outgoing, organized, capable, friendly, and helpful individual, with a confident self-starter attitude.
  • Good operational knowledge of Zund cutting tables, laminating, hand finishing, PVC banner fabrication, and fabrication & cardboard engineering.
  • Great attention to detail and a commitment to getting it right first time.
  • Ability to multi-task and work as a team.
