About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Large Format Finisher to join our team at Wasserman. As a key member of our production facility, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' campaigns and event products are finished, trimmed, and ready for installation or use.

You will work closely with our account and production teams to deliver projects to the highest standard and meet the needs of our clients. This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finish and collate printed or supplied products according to job bag and campaign specifications
  • Work as part of a finishing team to achieve daily objectives and deliver high-quality results
  • Communicate effectively with the production team and other departments to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
  • Work overtime shifts across weekends and weekdays as required
Requirements
  • Outgoing, organized, capable, friendly, and helpful with excellent communication skills
  • Good operational knowledge of Zund cutting tables, laminating, hand finishing, PVC banner fabrication, and fabrication & cardboard engineering
  • Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
  • Great attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
