About this role

We are recruiting casual staff to join our busy Group Instructor Team at both Medina & The Heights Leisure Centres. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who can bring new fitness classes to our centres and cover holiday and staff absences for our current fitness class programme.

Key responsibilities

Candidates will need to be flexible around working hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. Although we cannot guarantee the availability of hours, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills. A current qualification in exercise to music, Aquafit or any class-specific qualification like Yoga or Pilates is also essential. We are looking for staff who can add to our current team and have a confident and outgoing personality, ideally with experience of working in a leisure environment.

Compensation
