St John's College University of Oxford invites applications for a Lectureship in Human Geography. The successful applicant will join a supportive academic environment and contribute to the college's access and outreach initiatives.

The role offers the chance to develop teaching and academic administration skills, working closely with Professor Callum Munday. The appointee will be responsible for providing up to 6 hours of teaching per week during full term, covering various human geography topics. This may include papers on Geographical Controversies, Techniques, and Thought and Space.

In addition to teaching, the lecturer will set and mark start-of-term collections and contribute to the college's access and outreach initiatives as required.

The salary for this position is estimated at £27,018 per annum, pro-rata for the period of appointment, based on qualifications and experience. For candidates without a doctorate, the salary will be adjusted to £24,249 per annum.
