About the Role
The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a skilled Category Development Analyst to facilitate communication, reporting, and insights to identify and deliver category deliverables. This role will be a key interface between Marketing, Sales, Activation, and Customers, requiring the ability to provide category insight into brand and customer plans during brand planning processes and developing category plans with sales and marketing and engaging retailers on one selected category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Range Review Process
Lead range reviews for the portfolio, as well as support smaller range reviews where necessary. Develop detailed plans for range reviews and layouts, with timely communication and involvement of all stakeholders.
Planograms & AssortmentResponsible for optimizing planograms and assortment across the portfolios and within customers.
Business Planning Cycle (Category Strategy)Support the creation of 3-year category strategies identifying Category Value Drivers. Contribute relevant consumer insights during brand planning processes and developing customer plans.
About You
- Nielsen and/or Circana scan/panel is advantageous
- Advanced Excel and Power Point
- Promotion and/or range modelling
- 2+ year's category development and/or NAM experience: Ideally FMCG is desired
