Main Responsibilities

As a Construction Estimator at Vistry Group, you will be responsible for administering main contracts, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timely payments and final account settlements. You will also be responsible for cost reporting, risk management, and commercial activities on site.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong account management and commercial experience
  • Proven track record in commercial and risk management on similar schemes
  • Ability to lead commercial activities on site and achieve job satisfaction by delivering strong results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience of housing projects and developments
  • Experience at a similar level within a Construction organisation for at least five years
  • Good excel skills
