This EL/PL Lawyer position will see you handle your own caseload of defendant EL/PL files valued up to £100,000 on behalf of a number of insurer clients. As you will be handling files on a non-delegated authority basis, strong EL/PL experience is required. You will be required to review evidence such as witness statements, GP records and occupational health records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle defendant EL/PL files valued up to £100,000

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Suitably qualified (solicitor, chartered legal executive or qualified through relevant experience)
  • Strong litigated EL/PL experience
