The CMA Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team in Southampton. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager and assisting with various HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and selection administration, including accurate and efficient reference checking
- Monthly payroll and benefits administration
- Learning and development programs, including course booking
- Performance management, through timely employee surveys and appraisal/coaching programs
- Employee engagement and employee relations
- Wellbeing programs - coordination of staff gifts and communication of staff events
- People analytics; timely monthly and quarterly P&D KPI reporting
- Strong HR administrative skills, including on-boarding and contract administration
- Ideal CIPD Level 3 or above or studying towards
- Excellent IT skills, comfortable in a 'paperless' office
