About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Country Energy Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our utility-scale sales efforts in the country and developing strategic plans to promote the development and implementation of utility-scale BESS products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in new energy storage or photovoltaic and wind power development. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies based on market demand
  • Formulate plans to promote the development and implementation of utility-scale BESS products
  • Manage and expand customer relationships
  • Provide technical and business solution support
  • Conduct market analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g. power systems, energy management)
  • More than 5 years of working experience in new energy storage or photovoltaic and wind power development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with national and regional power grid policies and regulations
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus

Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
