We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Construction Project Manager to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile construction projects in the city centre, working with a range of clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

About the Role

  • Deliver full project management services to clients on construction new build projects in the private sector
  • Work with JCT construction contracts and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements
