Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team at Undisclosed as a Pensions Co-ordinator. This is a 12-month contract role based in Devonport, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days on-site.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the People Centre maintains high-quality standards and meets agreed business timescales
* Collaborate with the wider People Centre Team and internal/external stakeholders to deliver a professional and efficient service
* Record HR data accurately on HR systems and align with payroll deadlines
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail when updating the HR system Success Factors
* Stay up-to-date with current HR policies, GDPR, and Employment Law

Requirements

* Standard Grades including English and Mathematics
* CIPD Level 3 (desired but not essential)
