Job Title: Pensions Co-ordinator

Undisclosed is seeking a highly skilled Pensions Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee pension data on our HR systems.
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of pension-related tasks, including contributions and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve pension-related queries and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in pension legislation and regulations, and implement these changes as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience of working with HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of pension schemes and regulations, including GDPR and Employment Law.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail.
