About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Doctor in Community Medicine to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sexual health service delivery and a proven track record of applying sound clinical knowledge in the field of sexual health and HIV medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to patients with sexual health and HIV-related issues.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of research projects and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Evidence of genuine interest and experience in sexual health service delivery.
  • Application of sound clinical knowledge in field of sexual health and HIV medicine.
  • Experience in making clinical decisions and managing risk in a sexual health service.
  • Track record of seeking help and ability to prioritise clinical need.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Full GMC registration.
  • DFFP.
  • LoC Medical education.
  • Dip GUM.
  • MFSRH/MRCP/MRCOG/MRCGP.
