About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Social Media Producer to join our team at Profiles Creative. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful content that drives results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement creative content strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and social media teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our content offerings.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Creative Skills: Highly creative with a strong understanding of video and motion graphics, as well as experience with various content production styles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in video shooting, camera equipment, and best practices, with experience working with film crews.
  • Communication Skills: Confident and articulate in presenting ideas internally and to clients, with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
