Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized support to students with SEND, adapting teaching methods to meet their unique needs.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Contribute to ongoing assessments and record-keeping, ensuring accurate tracking of student progress and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to design and implement adapted lesson plans, incorporating diverse learning styles and abilities.
