Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction sites to ensure compliance with company Health and Safety standards, NHBC requirements, and building regulations.
  • Undertake quality control procedures, including inspections and defect rectification, to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Monitor and control production costs, approving payments to contractors and trades as necessary.
  • Initiate and attend plot inspections with local authorities and NHBC representatives to ensure minimal defects.
Requirements
  • Chartered Institute of Builders membership or NVQ level 5 in Construction Management qualification.
  • Proven experience in site management, with a strong understanding of construction processes and legislative requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams.
