Nurse Practitioner

Main Duties:
- Deliver high standards of care to patients and their families, ensuring an excellent patient experience.
- Participate in the daily running of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and take charge on shifts in the absence of the Sister/ Charge Nurse.
- Take responsibility for their own self-development, helping to provide a suitable learning environment and high standards of clinical practice.
- Recognise their own limitations and seek advice and support from senior staff when required.
