We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our team at Mj Quinn Integrated Services Ltd. As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing the installation of our services across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule civils-related tasks into the existing BT network, ensuring timely completion of installations.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client queries, coordinate with engineers, and escalate issues to the Programme Manager as needed.
  • Workforce Management: Organize engineers, ensure they have necessary site access and job packs, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Requirements
  • Strong Administration Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Telecoms Knowledge: Familiarity with telecoms scheduling and operations.
