About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a SEN Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, including physical and learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized attention and assistance to students with complex physical and learning needs.
  • Offer personal care support as needed to ensure student comfort and dignity.
  • Collaborate with teachers to adapt and modify learning materials, helping students access the curriculum in a way that suits their individual abilities.
  • Support each child's social, emotional, and academic development, contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
