Job Title: Skilled Tradesperson - Carpentry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team in the Newcastle region. As a carpenter and maintenance professional, you will be responsible for carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance on domestic social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replacing doors, skirting, and architraves
  • Carrying out kitchen repairs and other carpentry work
  • Working with a variety of materials and tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ L2 or City & Guilds in Carpentry
  • Experience of working as a carpenter in the building trade
  • Experience of working for a social housing, housing association, or council
