**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Performing first and second fix joinery and carpentry work with precision.
- Conducting demolition and other construction tasks as required for project completion.
- Ensuring site set up, clear down, and cleanup meet customer satisfaction standards.
- Procuring and collecting construction materials within agreed client budgets.
- Recording video footage with audio commentary, reporting scope variations and omissions to the Contract Management Team promptly.
- Assessing daily work allocation by the Contract Management Team, raising concerns that might impede completion.
- Informing the Contract Management Team of work not completed in a timely fashion.
- Reporting all customer dissatisfaction to head office.
- Conducting quality checks on finished work and obtaining satisfaction sign-off from customers.
- Maintaining the cleanliness, tidiness, and roadworthiness of the company vehicle.
- Ensuring compliance with the company Health & Safety Policy and other policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- FIRAS Certification
- Practical professional site experience as a joiner - 5 years and/or City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Joinery/Carpentry plus 2 years practical professional site experience.
- Specialist knowledge in joinery and carpentry.
- Understanding of adjacent job roles and trades.
- Ability to understand drawings and scope of works.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Basic insurance principles.
- Customer service experience.
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
