We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our team as a Lead Data Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing thought leadership on data architecture, design methodologies, and techniques. You will work closely with teams like Group Architecture, other Platform Leads, and key business stakeholders to maximize value from the Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance on data engineering delivery
  • Support the development of engineering standards and roadmaps across the Data & Analytics Platform areas

Requirements:

  • Strong Data Analysis knowledge and experience
  • Previous design experience using AWS, Snowflake, and DBT

Salary and Benefits:

  • Starting salary: £70,000 per annum (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary (performance-based)
