Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at Boston Hale. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end analytics process, from data cleaning to delivering insights.

Your primary focus will be on implementing end-to-end ETL processes to clean and implement data from multiple sources within a disorganized data state. You will work closely with technology teams to ensure proper tagging, tracking, ingestion, and surfacing of data for reporting and analytics.

In this role, you will also lead the data journey for the business as a sole contributor, taking ownership of projects and developing a roadmap of analytics initiatives. You will create compelling visualizations to communicate insights about digital content engagement and optimize user experience on apps and sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end analytics process, including data cleaning, analysis, and delivery of insights
  • Implement end-to-end ETL processes to clean and implement data from multiple sources
  • Lead data visualization efforts, creating datasets, dashboards, and compelling visualizations
  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure proper data tagging, tracking, ingestion, and surfacing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing the end-to-end analytics process
  • Ability to implement ETL processing and data warehousing
  • SQL proficiency and knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBi
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
