Job Summary

The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Domestic Services team as a Deep Cleaning Assistant. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high standards of environmental cleanliness within our hospitals.

Main Responsibilities

As a Deep Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out deep cleaning tasks, including the use of specialist decontamination equipment. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all areas of the hospital are cleaned to the highest standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently. Previous experience in a cleaning or related role is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Working Conditions

You will be based at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, but may be required to travel to other locations within the health board. A shared vehicle will be available for this purpose, and a driving license is essential for this role.
