Job Summary

The Domestic Services team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Deep Cleaning Assistant. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of environmental cleanliness across the hospital.

Main Responsibilities

As a Deep Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out deep cleaning tasks, including the use of specialist decontamination equipment. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all areas of the hospital are kept clean and hygienic.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic and be able to work well in a team. Previous experience in the cleaning industry is beneficial but not essential, as full training and supervision will be provided.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be based at Wrexham Maelor Hospital but will be required to travel to community hospitals and clinics. A shared vehicle will be available for this purpose, and the ability to drive is essential for this role.
