Role Overview

The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for delivering sales targets and meeting Coty's customer service and sales standards in the Lancaster account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company KPIs
  • Lead by example, protecting the equity for Coty brands and adhering to Company uniform and grooming guidelines
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Coty in-store team and retailer staff and management
  • Utilize iPad for email, reporting, and VM guidelines
  • Build relationships with customers to influence and sell, as well as upsell

Requirements

  • Experience as a Brand Ambassador in beauty retail, with a deep passion for skincare and luxury brands
  • Strong sales background, with the ability to work towards and manage targets
  • Ability to build strong relationships with in-store retail teams
  • Flagship store experience is desirable
