Estates Accounting Manager

We're looking for a proactive Estates Accounting Manager to provide administrative and payment management support to surveyors within the Estates team.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing rent, service charge, and insurance payments, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders.
With a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, you'll ensure that all payments are processed timely and efficiently.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, including invoices and payment schedules, and for communicating with landlords and agents to ensure compliance with lease agreements.
As a collaborative team player, you'll work closely with surveyors to resolve management issues and ensure that all payments are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
With a strong background in accounts and property management, you'll be able to communicate effectively with management and provide expert advice on financial matters.
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and who is able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements include:
- GCSE or above in Maths and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
