School Administrator Wanted:

Academics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled School Administrator to join their team on a supply basis. As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school, managing daily operations, and handling inquiries and correspondence.

Job Description:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the school office.
  • Manage daily operations, including handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate student and staff records using school management systems such as SIMS or Arbor.
  • Assist with attendance monitoring and reporting.
  • Support the preparation of documents, reports, and communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and school events.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a school administrative position and proficiency with school management systems. You should have strong organisational and time-management skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of attention to detail. Additionally, you should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work on a supply basis with availability for short-term or longer-term assignments. An enhanced DBS check is essential.

Salary:
£25-£35 per hour (dependent on location and experience).
