A leading global financial services brand is seeking an experienced Procurement Director of Third Party Risk Management to join its team in central London. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's third-party risk management strategy and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Third Party Risk Management Professional to lead our supplier risk due diligence and ongoing monitoring processes. As part of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of our Supplier Governance framework across the EMEA region. This will involve working closely with cross-functional leaders and project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with external suppliers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead supplier risk due diligence and ongoing monitoring within the supplier management lifecycle
  • Manage third party operational and technology risk management, particularly in relation to cloud technologies
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to enhance our supplier governance framework
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency across the program
  • Oversee program governance and ensure effective partnerships with key stakeholders

Your Background

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

Experience in either procurement functions or third party risk management programsStrong knowledge of financial services industry regulations, including those produced by the PRA, CBI, CSSF, and FCA (SYSC)Familiarity with third party management systems, such as Process Unity or CoupaDemonstrated experience in transformation/program/management roles within global corporationsExcellent skills in process improvement, user experience, continuous improvement, change management, operating model design, data analysis, and visualizationA degree, MBA, or MCIPS qualification is preferred but not essential
