We are seeking a skilled Panel Technician to join our team at Activate Group Limited. As a Panel Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality repairs.
  • Carry out repairs in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Employ technical knowledge and skills to restore vehicles to an acceptable standard.
  • Observe and report on vehicle body damage.
  • Interpret and implement technical instructions.
  • Indent for replacement parts and record usage.
  • Repair and restore damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition.
  • Use specialist body repair equipment.
  • Ensure vehicles comply with safety standards.
  • Keep work areas clean and tidy.
  • Liaise with estimating, parts, and line managers.
  • Attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair/paint times.
  • Report all faults and defects.
  • Accurately record components, materials, and consumables used.
  • Protect customers' vehicles and contents.
  • Ensure all work meets acceptable safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • ATA/NVQ level 3 Panel Technician qualification.
  • Good communication and decision-making skills.
  • Good health and safety knowledge and awareness.
  • Time served repair technician experience.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Relevant industry experience.
