About the Role
JSM Group Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Resource Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for working closely with our Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring managers and provide a high-quality attraction, recruitment, and selection service for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract and source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage all recruitment activity via our internal ATS, ensuring timely and efficient processing of applications.
- Deliver high-quality CVs to hiring managers, aiming for efficiency and consistency.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing excellent communication and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, information, and key movers to drive high-level conversations with candidates and enhance market knowledge.
- Represent the business at recruitment events and exhibitions, promoting our brand and services.
Requirements
- Confident in headhunting and relationship building, with experience in stakeholder management.
- Awareness of personal brand and impact across the business, with demonstrable success in engaging and placing passive candidates.
- Skilled in using sourcing tools, attracting and placing candidates, and building talent pools.
- Previous experience within the utilities sector is desired.
