Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging instruction to all participants in the swimming program, in line with established standards for both group and individual lessons
  • Effectively overseeing class dynamics and maintaining precise attendance records
  • Assisting in the smooth operation of the facility as directed by the Aquatic Program Manager
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including Health and Safety standards, Data Protection laws, Child Protection policies, and emergency procedures

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Swimming Teachers Association (STA) Level 2 Award or Certificate, or an Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) Swimming Teacher Level 2 qualification
  • A team-oriented individual with strong communication abilities
  • Dedicated to personal and professional development
  • Previous teaching experience is advantageous but not essential
