About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable design solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own project work as part of a project team, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Deliver complex design solutions, supervising the work of others and implementing Ramboll's Q.A procedures.
  • Represent Ramboll at external client meetings, showcasing our expertise and building strong relationships.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the team, promoting technical excellence and innovation.
Requirements
  • Qualified Engineer with a proven track record in building services design, holding a CIBSE / IET / IMechE Engineering Council accredited honours degree or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of financial arrangements for projects, including fee forecasting and allocation.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability.
