The Role

We are seeking a Residential Window Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying residential properties and providing expert advice on window and door installations.

Responsibilities

  • Survey residential properties to identify measurement requirements;
  • Collaborate with sales teams to consolidate sales contracts;
  • Provide expert advice on window and door installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers;
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience within the window and door industry, ideally from a surveying or installation background;
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting sales targets;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 30 days annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
