Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a robust quality assurance framework for the team that aligns with the broader organizational objectives.
  • Partner with departmental leaders to weave quality principles into the fabric of manufacturing and assembly operations.
  • Conduct evaluations of team performance, prioritize initiatives effectively, and manage resources judiciously.
  • Address internal quality concerns swiftly and deploy effective resolution strategies.
  • Define team goals, create coaching opportunities, and champion continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Employ sophisticated analytical methods to track and assess performance indicators.

Required Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals with a degree or significant experience in manufacturing engineering or quality assurance roles. Proficiency in quality tools such as DFM, SPC, MSA, along with problem-solving techniques like 8D and 5-Why is essential.
