Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a robust quality assurance framework for the team that aligns with the broader organizational objectives.
  • Engage with departmental leaders to embed quality principles within manufacturing and assembly operations.
  • Conduct thorough team evaluations, prioritize tasks effectively, and allocate resources judiciously.
  • Address internal quality issues swiftly and implement effective resolution strategies.
  • Define team goals, offer coaching opportunities, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Employ advanced analytical methods to track and assess performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

We are in search of candidates possessing a degree or significant experience in manufacturing engineering or quality assurance roles. Familiarity with quality tools such as DFM, SPC, MSA, along with problem-solving methodologies like 8D and 5-Why is essential.
