Diverse Classroom Facilitator

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Wakefield.
The role offers a competitive daily rate of £95-£110, with opportunities for part-time and full-time work. The estimated annual salary for this position is £24,287 - £30,480, depending on experience.
In this role, you will provide support to classes across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of students.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour.
- Work with students who require additional support to develop their learning.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure and references required.
