Wayman Learning Trust is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to support students with autism in a specialist school in Oxford.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of autism strategies and approaches, and be able to plan and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of students with autism.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tracking student progress.
  • Working collaboratively with support staff and therapists to promote student development.

Requirements:

  • Experience teaching students with autism.
  • Strong knowledge of autism strategies and approaches.
  • DBS check required.
