Job Description
This role involves supporting teachers in delivering academic excellence, focusing on the unique needs of our students. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with lesson planning and implementation;
- Providing individualized support to students with complex needs;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports;
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A strong background in working with students with complex needs;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
- High level of patience, empathy, and understanding;
- GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and maths;
- Previous experience in an educational setting (academic or voluntary).
