Care Team Leader Position

Senad Group is a leading provider of care services for children with moderate to severe learning disabilities and associated difficulties. We are currently seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Care Team Leader at one of our five Children's homes located on site at Bladon House School.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead by example, promoting positive interaction with young people and supporting the development needs of their team. The role involves overseeing the delivery of our wellness programme, paid training and continual personal development opportunities, and ensuring the high standards of care that Senad Group prides itself on.
Key Responsibilities- To promote positive interactions between staff and young people, fostering a culture of respect and understanding.
- To support the development needs of the team, providing guidance and coaching where necessary.
- To oversee the delivery of our wellness programme, ensuring that all aspects of the programme are implemented effectively.
We are looking for an individual with relevant social care experience and a proven track record in leadership. A Level 3 Qualification in Care, Children & Young People or equivalent, or working towards it, is essential. The ideal candidate will be resilient, caring, and able to put the safety and needs of the young people at the centre of everything they do.
